Nancy Lucille Stanton

Nancy Lucille Stanton, age 69 of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Orchard Villa Skilled Nursing Facility. She was born in Toledo, Ohio February 10,1957 to William "Bill' and Alice (Wrzesinski) Fouke.

Nancy attended Clay High School. She worked at Ginger Pet Products, and her parent's business's Bill's Lake Erie Bait, and Bill's Lakemont Boat Rental. She enjoyed collecting Mickey Mouse. She loved any adventure with her best friend Kathy (St. John) Amonette. Mostly, Nancy loved being visited by all her favorite kids, Max, JJ, Benny, Liam, Evelyn, Hartley, & Freya.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Brandee (Jason) Gravelle; Grandchildren, Max and JJ; Siblings, Patricia Grady, William (Sharon) Fouke, Lynne (Butch) Downes, Karen (Brian) Wilhelm, and Loranal (Daniel) Watkins; and her favorite feline, Buster.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and bonus mom, Lorraine Below Fouke, who she was blessed to have help guide her throughout life. As well as her brother-in-law, Donald Grady.

The family would like to thank everyone at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, and Dr. Karl Fernandez for his special care for 20 years. A special thank you to everyone at Orchard Villa, especially Morgan, Annette, Angie, Marquee (Car), and Mary. Each of you along with others grew to be Nancy's extended family and we will be forever thankful for the compassionate care.

Per Nancy's request, no funeral or memorial service will take place. Instead, please celebrate her memory by doing something kind for someone in need or by making a donation to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
