Nancy (McBee) Hoppe went home to heaven, on April 27, 2024 at 11:00 pm, where she was surrounded by all of her children. Nancy was born April 23, 1957 in Toledo Ohio to parents Clint and Barb McBee. Nancy was one who loved her family and would do anything for them. Her grandkids held a special place in her heart where she would share ghost stories, take them "snipe" hunting, feed them candy and pop, and allow them to stay up all night - they had her heart! Nancy had a hard road due to cancer, but she was a survivor and a fighter. During her battles she held close to her faith in God. You would never have a conversation with Nancy without hearing how God is doing something inside her, comforting her, or allowing another day to be with her family.
Nancy's legacy is one of hard work ethic, forgiving spirit, determination, and sacrifice - she would always put others above herself, even at her own expense and hurt.
Though the mother, sister, aunt, daughter, grandmother, and friend may be gone, the life she modeled will live on forever and continue to be passed down from generation to generation. Her final message was to love always, forgive often, and live each day as if it is your last.
Nancy is survived by her children: Rick Morris, Jamie (Meaghan) Morris, Perry (Brenda) Tibbits, Kaycee (Mike) Buck, and Brent (Amelia) Tibbits. She has 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
A small gathering was held at the home of Perry and Brenda Tibbits on June 8 to celebrate Nancy's life. At a later date, Nancy will be placed alongside her father at Toledo Memorial Gardens where her family and friends will always have a place to meet her!
