Michelle Hartford, age 48, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on June 4, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on November 13, 1977, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Toledo, Michelle brought laughter, energy, and love into the lives of so many who knew her.

Michelle was known for being the "crazy" and outgoing person who could light up a room and make those around her smile. She had a personality larger than life and loved making others happy. Whether through laughter, conversation, or simply showing up for those she cared about, Michelle had a way of making people feel seen and welcomed.

Above all else, Michelle loved her children deeply, and they remained the most important part of her life. She cared deeply for Brandohn, Kyle, and Lexy and spoke of them often with love and pride. Though life circumstances sometimes created distance, the love she carried for her children never left her heart.

Michelle loved riding motorcycles, fishing, singing karaoke, coloring, playing pool, and spending time socializing with family and friends. She enjoyed being around people, sharing laughs, and making memories with those she loved most.

Michelle is survived by her loving fiancé, Matt Cousino; her beloved children, Brandohn Hartford-Daly, Kyle Hartford-Daly, and Lexy Daly; her father, David Hartford; her sisters, Brandy Flores and Nancy Hartford; along with many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Diane Jerasi.

Though Michelle's time with us was far too short, the laughter she shared, the happiness she brought to others, and the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
