Michael Eugene Hay

Michael Eugene Hay, age 41, of Toledo, OH, passed away unexpectedly on April 27, 2023. He was born October 19, 1981, to Rose Hay and David (Kim) Frosch. He is survived by his former-wife, Jamie Hay; daughter, Michaela and Heaven Hay; granddaughter, Ny’alla Carter; one baby on the way; stepfather, Daniel Frosch; brothers, David and Jermy Frosch; half-brother, Dustin; half-sister, Brittany Chapman; and lots and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose (Hay) Frosch; grandfathers, Albert L. Hay and Eric Frosch Sr.; grandmother, Francesca (Geraci) Hay and Betty Frosch, aunt, Debra Frosch; uncles, Randy Strohl and Eric Frosch Jr.

Mike was a loving father, grandfather, uncle, brother, son, and friend. He will truly be missed by all of us. Please help us give Mike the send off that he deserves. A Celebration of Life will be held on May 20, 2023, at 129 Dr. McAuley Court Perrysburg, OH 43551 from 12-5 pm. Guest are encouraged to bring food to share.
