Michael D. Calhoon

Michael D Calhoon, 42 passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2021, in Toledo, Ohio. Born October 20, 1978, in Warren, Ohio, the son of Dave Calhoon and mother, Mary Ovnic. He is survived by his wife Krista Calhoon, daughters Miya Calhoon and Cassie Schoviak; Sons Gabriel Garcia and Joey Garcia; sister, Heidi (David) Peterson; niece, Isabel Peterson; nephew Jake Peterson; grandmother Evelyn Calhoon; Uncle Joe Meglen, Aunt Cathy (Dale)Atkinson, Uncle Tim (Jodi) Calhoon. He was preceded in death by his grandfather William Calhoon, and Grandmother Francis Meglen. Michael graduated from Lakeview High School, Cortland, Ohio, class of 1998. Following graduation, Michael attended Toledo University where he met his wife Krista Marie Leidecker. Michael enjoyed family movie night, hunting, fishing, and family vacations to Disney and Hocking Hills State Park. Michael was a huge sports fan and loved the Cleveland Browns! Michael had a fun-loving, and outgoing personality. He befriended everyone he met, and he was loved by all. Michael enjoyed great success as a Salesman with RKA Petroleum Companies and C&W Tank Cleaning Inc. where he gained long-lasting friendships.
