Michael E Brunt

Michael E. Brunt, 73, passed away on May 15, 2026, at Toledo Hospital. His wife and children were at his side. Michael was born on December 2, 1952, to Robert and Thelma (Garrett) Brunt.

He married the love of his life, Judy, on August 23, 1986. They have two children, Douglas D. and Melissa Brunt.

Michael is survived by his wife, Judith Herron Brunt; son, Douglas D. (Erica) Brunt; daughter, Melissa Brunt; brother, Douglas O. (Cynthia) Brunt; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob, Jaden Brunt, and Alexia Adams; and great grandchildren, IvyAnna and DeAngelow.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma M. Garrett Brunt; father, Robert E. Brunt; brother, Robert C. Brunt; and stepson, George H. Mullins Jr. 

Michael worked for 20 years for Sharon Mfg. in Lambertville, MI, and 15 years for Pilkington Mfg. in Clinton, MI.

Michael enjoyed playing golf, softball, and baseball.

Michael loved the Detroit Tigers, Ohio State Buckeyes, and Nascar.
