Mattie M Dewese

Mattie M. Dewese, 75, died Monday, February 25, 2013, at The Toledo Hospital. She was born to the late William Arthur and Mary (Adkins) Towe on August 25, 1937. She married Richard Dewese on August 24, 1963, they shared 25 years of marriage. She retired from teaching for Toledo Public Schools in 2002. She was an active member of Tontogany Presbyterian Church and served in many ways throughout the years. She was a Godly woman who will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by daughters, Janice (Shawn) Bischoff of Napoleon, and Jennifer Ingwer of Deshler; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; brothers William Arthur Towe, Jr. and Ronny Towe ; sisters Aileen Evans and Alice Chance. She was preceded in death by brothers Otis Towe and Lee Towe. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 5, at 4 pm at Tontogany Presbyterian Church, Tontogany, Ohio.
