Mary Ann Huff

MaryAnn Huff, age 91, of Toledo, passed away on February 23, 2021 at her home in Toledo. She was born April 21, 1929 to Joseph and Wilma (Bazar) Jadlocki in Toledo. She retired from Ohio Bell where she started as a long distance operator, retiring as a service representative. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers, VFW Post 3925 Auxiliary, National Association of Federal Employees, and Fort Meigs Sertoma. She married her best friend and the love of her life, John Huff, in 1951 while he was in the Navy. After retiring, they both devoted themselves to volunteer work, especially for the Pioneers. MaryAnn was preceded in death by John, who passed away in 2011; her parents; son, Joseph; daughter, Kathleen Ford; granddaughter, Elizabeth Ford; brothers, James and Stephen; and sisters, Thelma Cook and Marie Jadlocki. She is survived by son, Jeffrey (Pam) Huff; grandsons, Jamie (Sherry) Huff and Mike (Nichole) Ford; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Hailey Huff, Caleb, Ava, and Maryn Ford; sister-in-law, Roberta Jadlocki; and good friends, Sharon, Mary and the "Bell" girls. According to her wishes, there will be no services or memorials. She has requested that any memorial donations be made to St. Jude Hospital or the Toledo Humane Society.
