Mary Ann Acevedo

Mary Ann Acevedo, 74, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April, 16 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Mary Ann was born on March 31, 1947 in Toledo, Ohio to Benjamin and Anna (Priszak) Felkey. Mary Ann attended Saint Stephen's School and graduated from Waite High School. Mary Ann retired from Woodsage Industries, where she left behind many dear friends. Mary Ann enjoyed cooking and baking, especially food from her Hungarian heritage. She truly loved spending time with her grandkids and doting on her pets, and of course shopping! Mary Ann was a proud member of the V.F.W. and was always the life of the party. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Anna; former husband, Louis Acevedo; nephew, Paul Felkey; Mary Compton, Betty and Gisela Bochi and special friends, Oscar, Felix and Jagger. She is survived by her brother, Arthur (Barb) Felkey of AZ; sons, Anthony (Cecilia) Acevedo and Louis Acevedo; grandkids, Hannah, Dukett, Alex (Missy), Kaylee (Tyler), Tristion (Caprice), Brooklyn, Isabella; niece, Theresa Felkey and Aunt Terry!! There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, April 30th. The family will receive guests at 4:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 5:30 pm, with a gathering to follow .
