Marilyn M. Paielli

Marilyn M. Paielli, age 84, died peacefully on July 26, 2020 in Toledo, Ohio after a long battle with cancer.  Marilyn was born March 3, 1936 in Monroe, Michigan to Milo and Frances DuRocher.  Marilyn married Roe Paielli in January 1954 and they remained married until his death in 2006. Marilyn attended St. Mary Catholic Grade School and Academy in Monroe, Michigan and became a homemaker and mother after her marriage to Roe.  She loved to travel to Germany and was able to travel to Italy to tour the Paielli family’s place of origin.  Marilyn was a devout Catholic and spent many hours in the adoration chapel and saying the rosary. Marilyn is survived by her eight children, Russell (Gina) Paielli, Perry (Julie) Paielli, Mary (Michael) Desmond, Lynn (Robert) Singer, Richard (Karen) Paielli, Elizabeth (Glenn) Squire, Carol (Reinhold) Schlag, Diane (Robert Bosma) Lionts; 33 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  Marilyn is also survived by her sister, Kathryn (Joseph) Maniaci and brothers, Dwight DuRocher and Mark (Dorothy) DuRocher.
