Marilyn Jo Middleton

Marilyn Jo Middleton, 82, of Toledo passed away peacefully on Monday, February 4, 2019 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. She was born on March 13, 1936 to Roland and Mildred (Carey) Good. Marilyn graduated from McClure High School and worked at Travel Trailer Sales as an accountant. In 1952 Marilyn married her best friend, George Middleton. Together they shared 58 years of loving marriage until George’s passing in 2011. Marilyn enjoyed camping and managed the KOA Campground with her husband for many years. In her spare time she loved watching the Cleveland Indians, going to car shows with her husband and dancing. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and cherished the time she spent with them. Surviving is her daughter, Becky Woods; grandchildren, Beyea (Todd) Nowakowski, Brooke (Howard) Krell, Philip Cody (Katie) Henderson; great-grandchildren, Miela & Dane Nowakowski, Maylee & Georgia Krell, Kinley & Kayelani Henerson. Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, George Middleton; and daughter, Merry Middleton. A Memorial Service will be held on March 3, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Buehner Center, 5402 Wilkins Rd., Whitehouse, OH 43571. An open house for friends and family will follow until 3 p.m. Memorial donations in honor of Marilyn may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
