Margaret A. Bushea

Margaret “Peggy” Bushea (Holsopple) 79, of Maumee, Ohio, sadly passed away on 06/20/2023 at Promedica Ebeid Hospice in Sylvania, Ohio.

Peggy was born on 03/10/1944 to Donald and Elizabeth (Soncha) Holsopple in Toledo, Ohio.

She was a graduate of Rogers High School Class of '62. She was such a people person and enjoyed working with the public. She worked at Rite Aid Drugstore until she retired. She also was employed by Garden Gate Educational Day Care where the children admired her for her playful childlike spirit. In her earlier years she enjoyed traditional western square dancing where she advanced to master level, sewing, puzzles and all her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her three children: David (Dana) Bushea, Linda (Joshua) Knauss and Cheryl Garza. 6 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren and 1 on the way. She also leaves behind one sister, Donna Harmacinski (Dean), sister-in-law Carmen, special cousins-Jim(Nan), many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

Preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Charles Bushea, her parents, and brother John Holsopple.
