Marcus Maurice Merriweather

Marcus Maurice Cosper Merriweather, affectionately known as 55, went to be with the Lord on Sunday March 3, 2024. He was born in Toledo, Ohio, on October 16, 1992, the son of Sharon Cosper and Matthew Merriweather, both of Toledo, Ohio.

Marcus went to Jesup W. Scott and worked at Mobis North America. Marcus enjoyed listening to music, fishing, and spending quality time with his children.

Marcus is survived by parents, Sharon Cosper and Matthew Merriweather; girlfriend, Alicia Robinson; children, Maryah Alivia Cosper, Aleena Young, and Major Robinson; three brothers, Corey Cosper, Kevin Banks, and Little Matt; one sister, Princess; five uncles, Sherman, Marvin Cosper, Markie, James, and Nate Merriweather; three aunts, Ann, Keisha, and Doris; grandparents Theola, Alonzo Jackson; and a host of nieces, cousins, and close friends. He was preceded in death by uncle Keith Cosper.

Friends may call at St. Mark Baptist Church, 2340 North Holland Sylvania Rd, Toledo, Ohio 43615 on Tuesday March 12, 2024, from 1pm until the Celebration of Life Service at 2pm.
