Lynda Lee Whiting

Lynda Lee Whiting, age 71, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on August 10, 2026. 

Born on March 11,1955, Lynda was a vibrant, creative force, and a cornerstone of the local theatrical and entertainment community. As the visionary founder and director of Random Acts, LLC and Moonlight Music & Mystery from 1999 onward, as well as her notable work with the Westgate Dinner Theater, she dedicated her life to bringing laughter, mystery, and the arts to life for countless audiences and aspiring performers throughout the region. Her passion for music, theatrical production and community engagement left an indelible mark on everyone who stepped into her spotlight. 

Lynda is survived by her loving husband, David Fioritto; and her daughters, Veronica January, Angela Rough, Nicole Rodriguez; and granddaughter, Rauri McCarthy. 

Lynda requested a joyful gathering, a true party to share stories, love and laughter. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 3pm to 7pm at Resurrection Polish National Church located at 1835 Temperance Rd., Temperance, Michigan 48182.
