Luann M. John

On the afternoon of April 30, 2025, LuAnn May (Schneider) John, passed away at St.Vincent's Hospital, Toledo, Ohio at the age of 69.

LuAnn was born in Fremont, Ohio, to the parents of Richard and Marlene Schneider, on January 28,1956. She graduated from Gibsonburg High School and went on to become a licensed Phlebotomist. LuAnn enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed shopping, gardening and being outdoors. She also loved spoiling her dog "Charlie" and cat "Oscar".

LuAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Marlene; husbands, Burton Cronk, and Raymond John. LuAnn is survived by her partner, Michael Shafer; sister, Denise (Dale) Weygandt; brother, Mark Schneider; nephews, David (Liz) Weygandt, Douglas (Ashley) Weygandt, Mark (Heather) Schneider II; nieces, Michelle (Rick) Hallock, Andrea Schneider; great-nephews, Ashton Schneider and Beau Weygandt; great-nieces, Kara Schneider, Callie and Harper Lucia Weygand.

LuAnn's wishes were to be cremated. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her dear friend, Amy Davis. Amy, you gave her so much love and support. The family would like to thank the ICU nurses at St. Vincent's Hospital for their excellent care.
