Louise Hesser

Louise H. Hesser, age 91 of Toledo, Ohio formerly of Belle Center, Ohio died July 4, 2015. Louise was born on October 3, 1923 in Sweetwater, Nolan County, Texas to Horace and Zelda Heath. She was preceded in death by her husband Howard Paul Hesser, January 11, 1998; brother, Horace J. Heath and sister, June Whitt. She came to Ohio from Texas in 1947 when she married Howard Paul Hesser. They lived and farmed in Hardin County Ohio until 1965 when the family moved to Toledo, Ohio where Paul was employed. Louise worked in accounting at Durez Plastics in Kenton, Ohio and later in Sylvania Schools and Washington Local Schools in Toledo, Ohio. Survivors include five children: son John (Elaine) Hesser of Toledo; daughters, Tillie Wilson of Upper Sandusky, OH; Zelda (Tom) Hornsby of Pineville, LA; Carol Sue (Ron) Allen of Lambertville, MI; and Sylvia (Rick) Walsh. Louise had 19 grandchildren and 56 great grand children. Also a nephew, Horace (Alice) Whitt of Albuquerque, NM. At her request Louise was cremated. There will be a memorial service at Central Park Congregational, 3233 Piero Street, Toledo, Ohio on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. Graveside service will be at McDonald-Fairview Cemetery, Kenton, Ohio at 2:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central Park Congregational Church.
