Louise Carol Evans

Louise Carole Evans (nee Churchya), 66, of Findlay, passed away on Thursday, March 22nd, 2012, after losing her more than 10 year battle with cancer. Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Carmel Churchya, her brother, Stanley Churchya, and husband, Patrick. She is survived by her children, Michael, Christopher, Annette and Patrick, and four grandchildren. A memorial service for Louise was held on March 25, 2012, in Findlay. Louise graduated from Ashtabula High school in 1963 and went on to study nursing. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for more than 15 years, serving many in Ashtabula County. Louise was always actively involved in her community, helping those in need regardless of the cost. She touched many lives during her short time on earth, and many are thankful for what she has given to them. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or local cancer association.
