A soft goodbye and a big I love you all!. My life here with you was truly blessed. On the special day of April 28, 2016, Jesus has taken my hand”.my soul”.and I am on my way! I leave behind my loves: Husband of 48 years Les; my son Jason and his children Willow, Olivia and Henry; my son David (Amanda) and children Taylor and Zach; sisters Sharon (John) Figmaka and Patti Langenderfer; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and dear friend Carol. To my entire family”..one last goodbye and to my church family (I love you all!) So many friends and St. Lukes Hospital co-workers through the years. I will hear your prayers! I take your memories with me and they will last forever after! The battle has ended. Thank you Dr. Phibbs and all the supporting staff, Hospice of NW Ohio, and The Victory Center. There will be visitation for Dodie at Maumee United Methodist Church, 405 Sackett St., Maumee, OH on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 4:00 8:00 p.m. A Celebration of Dodies Life Worship Service will follow on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Maumee United Methodist Church youth scholarship fund for a brighter future!
