Linda J. Wentling

Linda Wentling, age 76, wife of Clyde Wentling, passed away at The Glendale Assisted living facility on December 23, 2021. She was daughter to Clara and Ray Wentz of Vanlue. She left behind her dearly loved husband of 56 years. She is survived by Clyde; their children, Lisa, Brian, and Aaron; and three grandchildren. Linda earned degrees at Findlay College: BA with a double major in English and Sociology, The University of Toledo: MA in Counseling. and a PhD in Education and Business. She worked in Education, Social Work, Counseling, and at The Bureau of Workers Compensation. During retirement she took up painting, birdwatching, and silversmithing. She and her husband traveled the country visiting many of the National Parks across the nation. Linda found the people in local communities to be the greatest adventure. The immediate family will hold a private memorial. No flowers, send donations to your local food bank or charity.
