Lester Herman Fry

Lester Herman Fry, age 93, of Toledo, OH passed away from natural causes on October 12, 2016 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born November 10, in Montgomery County to Herman Helen Fry.” Raised on the farm, but when he was in old enough, he joined the U.S. Navy during World War II. During training he met Audrey Algyre and eventually they married settled in Toledo.” He started Temperance Body Shop with Jerry Cousino in 1959 and retired in late 1980s.” He was a member of River View Yacht Club and held many positions within the club and AYC Association.” His love of cooking was appreciated by all.” Preceded in death by his wife of 35 years, Audrey; sons, Nicolas and Craig. Survived by his daughters, Diane Gerber of Grand Junction, CO and and Janice Hill of Dayton, OH; his loving companion of over 25 years, Jeri Seabolt of Toledo, OH; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.” A memorial service will be held on November 10 at River View Yacht Club from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or to Alzheimer Association.”
