Leo T. Mccullough

Leo Thomas McCullough was born December 18,1940 to James and Edna (Boyd) McCullough in Terra Haute Indiana. He was 1 of 15 children.

Leo enlisted into the U.S. Military when he turned 18 and was stationed in many places, including Germany. He loved to tell stories of driving the officers around in the Jeeps. Leo worked for GM at the Hydramatic Powertrain Plant in Toledo for 34 years.

In 1975, he married the love of his life, Betsy. They enjoyed traveling, square dancing and antique shopping. He enjoyed working on his old cars and taking them to car shows.

Leo is survived by his wife, Betsy; children, Sherry Downs, Donna Moore and Rose (Rob) Guggenbiller; grandchildren, Jeane (Richie) Huff, Harry (Tina) Downs, Stephanie (Jayson) Tanhueco, Jennifer Deiners, Brittany (Craig) Williams, Bradley McCullough, Dawn Moore, and Brandy McCullough. and 17 Great Grandchildren.

He was proceded in death by his parents, brothers, sisters; son, Lyle McCullough; son-in-law, Harry Downs; and Great Granddaughter, Sawyer Tanhueco.

A celebration of life will be planned for spring or summer of 2023.
