Larry Lee Cross, born March 9, 1955 in Toledo, Ohio. Preceded in death by his father, Edwin "Joe" Cross; his mother, Hattie Rozanski; and his guardians and mentors uncles, Roman Rozanski, and Frank Rozanski.
Attended school at Whitmer High School, worked and retired from Jeep Assembly plant while also starting and operating two businesses: Restoration Game Farm and Horizan Adventures. Both businesses involved what his life's passion revolved around and what his life truly was about - hunting and fishing! As a perfectionist, he strived to raise the best looking, most naturally raised game birds for hunters everywhere. As he neared retirement, he got into planning great expeditions. The kind that you would get trophy fish or game that you would be proud to mount on your wall!
Before he went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, he enjoyed his very own oasis. It sits on 35+ acres and includes a 5 acre pond he had built to enjoy the outdoor life he loved and he was proud to share it with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of the last 8 years, Alma Rosa Cross.
He also is survived by his first wife, of 27 years, Cynthia Elizabeth Cross; children, Monica, Andrea, and Gabriel; grandchildren, Ethan Hohner, Elysiam Cross, and Kieran McCloud.
A remembrance of life will be held on Saturday, July 11th at 2:00 pm at 11447 Alison Rd., Milan, MI 48160.
