Kermit W. Hum

Kermit W. Hum, 62, of Fremont, OH passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at St. Lukes Hospital in Maumee, OH. He was born on January 19, 1955 to Walter and Millicent (Pastorius) Hum. He was a 1974 graduate of Margaretta High School. Kermit enjoyed woodworking, fishing on his boat on Lake Erie, and was an avid fan of sprint car racing. Kermit frequented Fremont, Attica, and Eldora speedways any chance he got. Those who knew Kermit could always find him relaxing with a cup of coffee. He is survived by his son, Jeremiah (Tricia) Hum of Grove City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Millicent (Pastorius) Hum, and his half sister, Mary Fritz. Visitation and memorial services will be held on Thursday, November 16th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Victory Christian Fellowship Church, 2051 Oak Harbor Road, Fremont, OH 43420. Service scheduled to begin at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Jeremiah Hum.
