Kenneth Urbaytis

Kenneth "Kenny" Urbaytis, age 89, passed away on May 8, 2026, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

Kenny was born December 21, 1936, in Toledo, Ohio and graduated from Woodward High School in 1955. He worked at AP Parts for over thirty years, and he often regaled his family with stories about the plant and his coworkers.

Cars and auto racing were among Kenny's interests. He was an avid NASCAR fan, and he also enjoyed both college and professional football. Kenny liked to collect diecast cars and various sports and popular culture memorabilia. He was a fan of Clint Eastwood and Sylvester Stallone and enjoyed action films and anything about gangsters and organized crime.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia Urbaytis. 

He is survived by his second wife of 13 years, Kathleen (Palmer) Urbaytis; daughters, Cynthia Urbaytis, Tracey Urbaytis, and Dawn Durfey; three grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
