Kelly Ball

Kelly Michael Ball, 39, of Genoa, Ohio, passed away on August 18, 2025. His departure leaves an unfillable space in the lives of all who knew and loved him.

Kelly was a devoted husband to his wife, Rachelle Hoffman-Ball, a proud father to Liam and stepfather to Jazmine, Mariah and Jaxon, and a loving companion to his dog, Zoie. His family was his greatest joy, and he cherished the moments they shared together.

He had a passion for life that shone through in everything he did. Whether fishing on a quiet morning, drag racing alongside his dad, capturing the world through photography, or strolling car shows, Kelly found joy in simple pleasures and shared that joy freely. His infectious smile and kind heart made everyone feel welcome and valued. It was often said that to meet Kelly was to instantly befriend him.

While his time here ended far too soon, his legacy of love, laughter, and warmth will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Kelly is survived by his wife, Rachelle; son, Liam; stepchildren, Jazmine, Mariah and Jaxon; his father, David; his mother, Cindy; his sister, Amanda (Mario); brother, Kyle (Jessica); and his nephews, Jaxson, Avery and Izzic, along with friends who will forever cherish his memory.

A private service will be held for close family.
