Karon Yvonne Warren, 81, of Wauseon, Ohio, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2026.
Born in Ashland, Kentucky, Karon was the beloved daughter of Frank and Evelyn Burton. Throughout her life, she was known for her loving heart, unwavering faith, and devotion to her family and friends.
Karon worked for many years in healthcare as a nurse's aide and in housekeeping, caring for others with compassion and dedication. She found great joy in serving those around her and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
She was a devoted wife to Robert and a loving mother to Latisha (Rick), Dean (Michelle), Tanya (Joe), and Amber (Ken). She was a proud grandmother to Anthony "AJ" (Charlita), Michelle, Josh, Zach (Hannah), Gunner, and Kaden.
She was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Yvonne, Mason, Jax, Nicole, Emma, Cain, and Dominic.
Karon was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Evelyn Burton; her son, Meredith her granddaughter, Cara and her great-grandchildren, Ayden and Rosalie.
A woman of strong Pentecostal faith, Karon faithfully read her Bible and prayed daily for her family and friends. Her relationship with God was the foundation of her life and a source of comfort and strength to those who knew her.
Karon cherished time spent with her family. She loved cooking for family and friends, singing, watching her favorite television shows with her husband, and enjoying the beauty of birds visiting outside her window. She also had a special love for her dogs, who brought her much happiness and companionship throughout the years.
Karon's kindness, faith, generosity, and unconditional love will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy lives on through her family, the many lives she touched, and the memories she created with those she loved.
