Karen Myers

Karen Myers, age 67, passed away July 1, 2022 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. She was born August 6, 1954 to Bertha Harger and graduated from Waite High School. Karen retired from Sears after working there for 22 years. Karen was preceded in death by her mother and sister, Kenise Myers. She is survived by her son, Dorian (Trina) Myers; nephew, Dustin Bates; grandchildren, Cierra (Alex Lillie) Myers, Dorian Myers II; great grandchildren, Alexander “AJ” and Madison “Maddie” Lillie. The family would like to extend a thank you to all who supported Karen on her journey with special thanks to Kim Martin and Jessie Smith for being very dear friends to her and her family. There will be a private service at a later time, but a Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022 at the Oregon Municipal Building, 5330 Seaman Road, Oregon, Ohio from 2 - 6:30 pm. In Karen’s honor, please consider making a blood donation through the American Red Cross. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or the American Cancer Society.
