Julie M. Tillman

October 17, 1954 — April 11, 2025

Julie Marie Robb Tillman passed away on April 11, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family and under the care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Julie was born on October 17, 1954, in Toledo, Ohio, the second oldest daughter of Julie Ehret Robb and William A. Robb’s nine children. She attended Immaculate Conception grade school and graduated from Whitney High School in 1973. She worked in the housekeeping departments of various hospitals, primarily St. Vincent Hospital.


Julie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She loved crocheting afghans that she gifted to family and friends, putting together puzzles, and watching reality television. She adored her family, especially her grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews. She was loving and kind and had a special place in her heart for the dogs she cared for including Precious, Pepper, Sammy, Freckles, and Guapo.


Mourning her loss is her son Jay Adamczewski, grandchildren Jason, Tyler, Derek, Lillian, and Lincoln Adamczewski, Martin and Anthony Pecina, and four great grandsons. Also surviving are her siblings William (Lori) Robb, John Robb, Patricia Robb (David Arnold), Peggi (Cal) Irwin, Stephen (Julie) Robb, James (Kelly) Robb, Cary (Jodi Ward) Robb, and her chosen sisters Patty Bower and Kathy Goans.


In addition to her parents, Julie was preceded in death by her daughter Amie Adamczewski, her sister, Catherine Husen, and her brother Terrance (Whitey) Robb.


The family will receive guests on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Gesu's Charles E. Sullivan Center, 2049 Parkside Boulevard. A service will be held followed by the sharing of memories.
