Judy Lee Shields

Judy Shields, of Maumee, OH passed away peacefully at Hospice of Northwest Ohio surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 6, 2018. She was born July 21, 1946 to parents Winnie and Eugene Williams in Flint, Michigan. Judy was a selfless wife, mom, Gram/Gigi, friend and volunteer to all. She was known for her persistent smile and quiet service to others. She enjoyed traveling, serving Mobile Meals, volunteering at the VA Clinic, scrapbooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandsons. She is loved and will be missed by many. She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Glenn; children, Kim Jones and Lori Corvino (Brian); two grandsons, Matthew and Anderson; and two siblings. Friends and family will be received from 10:00 AM until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 17, 2018 “at Maumee United Methodist Church, 405 Sackett Street, Maumee, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions in honor of Judy may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society or The Victory Center.
