Judith L. Letson

Judith Letson, 84, of Toledo passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Franciscan Care Center. She was born May 15, 1940 in Toledo to Emmett and Thelma Queen. She attended DeVilbiss High School in Toledo, Ohio. She loved baking, hosting tea parties and singing to her grandchildren. Her most fond memories were being at her camper in Paradise Acres with her family and friends. She loved Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations and baking cookies for everyone from scratch, NO MIXERS was her one rule. She had a love for all animals and there were many throughout the years. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved being called “Bahama Mama”.

Judith was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Arthur Letson; brothers, Donald Queen and Bud Queen; sister, Sharon Richardson; and daughter, Audrey Kay Letson. She is survived by her sons, Keith (Jessica) Letson, Kevin (Kris) Letson, Kenneth Letson, and Kurt (Lisa) Letson; along with fourteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
