Judith M Dryfka

Judith M. Grime-Dryfka, at age 68, peacefully passed away on April 2, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Judy was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She was born in Wauseon, OH on January 14, 1955 to the late Clement and Rozella Grime. She was a 1973 graduate of Liberty Center High School. Judy was better known to some as "Smurfette" during her truck driving career, something that she was very proud of.

After retiring, Judy was able to spend more time with her family while also pursuing her hobbies. She loved gardening and canning food, and was famous for her green beans and sauerkraut. She enjoyed fishing, picking berries, and mushroom hunting with her children and grandchildren. She also loved spending time with her sisters attending garage sales and thrift stores.

Surviving Judy are her children: Thomas (Tara Fredrick) Noll and Brandy Noll; sisters: Virginia (James) Rains, Ruth (Don) Harrison; grandchildren: Lexi (Logan) Meyer, Jesse Noll; many beloved nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Judy was preceded in death by her husband David Dryfka; brothers: Richard "Dickie" Grime, Donald "Bud" Grime; brothers-in-law: Don Harrison and James Rains.

The date and location of a celebration of life for Judy will be announced by the family at a later date.
