Joyce A. Fulton

It is with great sadness that the family of Joyce Ann (Pratt) Fulton announce her passing on October 3, 2024. Joyce was born March 8, 1944, in Rocky Top, Tennessee to Bessie Mae (Wilson) Pratt.

Joyce was a kind, loving, generous person who was always willing to help those in need. She loved nature, bird watching, and laughing with her loved ones. Joyce was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who doted on her family and was happiest when they surrounded her. She devoted her life to caring for them and animals of all kinds. Joyce was fondest of cats, she loved and nurtured hundreds over the years and struggled to turn away any animal in need.

Joyce is survived by one sister, Mary Lee (Pratt) Phelps. Joyce leaves behind 2 children to mourn her loss, Eugenie’ Estelle Hamilton and Brian Keith Hamilton. She is also survived by 2 grandsons, Dominick Lynn Sloan and Donald Joseph (Amber) Swiczkowski; twin great grandsons, Bryson and Braydon Sloan, as well as countless nephews and nieces. She will be missed by all that knew her.
