Joyce E. Fulkerson

Joyce E. Fulkerson, age 71, of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly at the University of Toledo Medical Center on November 5, 2018. She was the daughter of Willett and Florence Fulkerson, born on July 13, 1947. Joyce worked at the University of Toledo Medical Center for over 50 years; she was a passionate LPN and surgical technician. She was also an avid reader who loved puzzles and her adopted fur children (her 2 kittens). Joyce was a friend of the Cass Road Baptist Church in Maumee, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Willett Fulkerson, Jr., and her sister, Anna Fulkerson. She leaves behind her sisters, Cora Fulkerson of Toledo and Nancy Heflin of Florida, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. Services will be held at Cass Road Baptist Church, 1400 Cass Rd, Maumee, OH, at a later date. Those wishing to donate in Joyce’s name are asked to consider Cass Road Baptist Church.
