Joseph Kelso Blackford 73 2/27/2022 St. Luke's hospital Toledo 4/29/1948 Toledo Son of Harold and Dorothea (Daugherty) Blackford Joseph is a 1965 Grad of E.L. Bowsher High A 1970 Grad the University of Toledo in History moved to California 1974 Grad from College of Notre-Dame; Belmont, Cal. in Education While living in California he worked at several Photo stores and shops. Worked for a short time at Premier Volvo before moving back to Toledo to take care of his parents. He worked many different jobs in Toledo. Fleeger’s Pro Hardware Home Depot Even tried a Truck Driving Career His last job before his retirement was with Dillard’s at Franklin Park Mall. Joseph was proceeded in death by his parents He is survived by two 2nd Cousins that live close to Toledo and had many good times together.
