Jon was a devoted Husband and Father of 4 children. Leaving behind his wife of 40 years, Sharon; children, Cristina, Nick, Emily, Dan; grandchildren, David, Emma, & Austin. He deeply loved his family above all else. Jon was generous, kind, compassionate, and always the rock and moral compass. His sense of humor left everyone laughing with each telling joke.
Jon battled many health issues and stayed strong through it all. He passed peacefully in his sleep on July 1, 2025.
Jon had been a journeyman carpenter since he was a young man. He cherished his work and paid attention to detail, loved the idea of a new project with a challenge. He had a gift for planning and designing all types of projects. His love for wood, construction, architecture, and creating was the theme throughout his life.
Rest peacefully now! Thank you for being such a force in our lives. You are deeply missed and cherished in each of our hearts forever.
Please join us on August 31, 2025, at the Pearson Packer-Hammersmith Building at Pearson Park for Jon's Celebration of Life from 1:00 to 5:00. Memorial speech at 2:00.
