Breaks my heart not only to be writing this but that its about our only beloved brother. We are sad to announce on May 16, 2017, at the young age of only 28, Johnny McHaffie Jr. decided to leave this world for a more peaceful, better place. John was quite the character growing up and will forever be known as the prankster and jokester of the family.”He was such a knowledgeable and intelligent man who worked hard to support his way through life. The”funny, sweet guy; everyone enjoyed his company and got along with him. In more recent of times he really pulled away from social gatherings and kept more to himself. We hope, those who knew him are warmed by their personal memories and are left with nothing but smiles. John is survived by his mother Jeanette Boone, sister Ashley Mchaffie, sister Alisha Howe, sister Mellisa Howe, niece Lillian and many other family members who loved him dearly.””He was preceded in death by his beloved father John Mchaffie sr., grandmas, grandpa, and a cousin. Johnny will be missed tremendously by many. No one is ever truly prepared for such a tragic unexpected incident. Our family asks for any contributions to help support the upcoming Memorial expenses to remember and celebrate Johnnys life. It would be greatly appreciated with deep gratitude. If you would like to join us in the Celebration of Life, his memorial will be held at Wallbridge park Jun. 8th from 5-9pm there will be plenty of food/drinks and a balloon release!
