John Hartman

John Hartman passed away suddenly on April 4, 2012. He was born in Toledo to George and Judy Hartman on July 10, 1964 and spent his childhood in Maumee, attending Ft. Miami Grade School and graduating from Maumee High School/Penta County. He received an Associates degree in biology from Owens Community College and later attended the University of Toledo. John worked for a variety of employers, including Innovative Controls and Owens Illinois. He loved dogs and boxers were his favorites especially Inspector General and Jack Petersen. He was preceded in death by his mother, Judy, and is survived by his father George and step-mother Leslie Hartman; sister Jenny Plumadore (Gary), Toledo; brother Doug (Janell), Haskins, Ohio; brother David, Colorado Springs, Colorado; step-sister Melissa Johns (Jim), Curtis, Ohio; step-brother Rob Robinson (Erin), Rossford, Ohio; and twelve nieces and nephews. May he rest in peace. A memorial will be held at a future date.
