John J. Dmytryka, Ii

John JD Dmytryka, 65, passed away peacefully at Ebeid Hospice on October 2, 2016 while surrounded by his family. He loved fishing, bow hunting, bird watching, and dogs. John also enjoyed driving to Northern Michigan multiple times a year, and he was a short wave radio enthusiast. He was a trustee for the Merickel-Farley Trout Club, a long time member of the Mudjaw Bowmens Club, and a member of the St. James Club. John will be remembered as an easy going, loving, kind and humble man. John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Delores (Grabarczyk) Dmytryka. He leaves behind his soul mate, Linda Neuhausel; daughter, Amy Jo (George) Cole; grandsons, Samuel and Miles; sister, Carol (Rusty) McLoughlin; former wife and friend, Carol Ann Howell; and Liz (John) Skeldon. The family invites friends to join them on October 23, 2016 from 2 to 5PM at the Merickel-Farley Trout Club, off of S. Berkey Southern Road between Airport Highway and Crissey Road in Swanton, Ohio, to celebrate Johns life. Friends are encouraged to bring a chair, a fishing pole, and memories. The family sends a special heartfelt thank you to his comfort dog, Boo Boo, and to Chuck, from Ebeid Hospice, for his tenderness towards John and his family.
