Joanne M. Landry

Joanne M. Landry, 89, passed away Monday, December 12, 2016, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Preceding her in death was her husband, Robert; her brothers, Harold, Richard and Gary Calmes; sisters, Virginia Blazey, Doris Calmes, Patricia Donofrio, Jane Tlusty and Claudette Domonkos. Joanne was born in Toledo, the daughter of Ignatius and Bertha (Steffen) Calmes. She graduated from Toledo Central Catholic High School. After marrying Robert, she moved to Palm Springs, California where she lived the majority of her life. She recently returned to Toledo to be with her family. Surviving is her sister, Alice Mertes. Services will be private. Tributes in Joannes name may be made to ASPCA or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
