J.M. Lawson

J.M. Lawson, age 81 of Waterville, OH, formerly of Toledo and Nickelsville, VA, died on his birthday at Browning Masonic Retirement Community. He was born April 14, 1930, to Chris and Lovely Mae (Frazier) Lawson in Clinchport, VA. J.M. worked at Roadway Express for over 30 years and also owned Club 24 with his late wife, Juanita and partners Richard and Joyce Remley. Heart-felt thanks to Joyce and family for their loving support and friendship to J.M. and our family for over 50 years. He is survived by his daughter Kathy (Terry) Broka of Swanton, OH; 2 grandsons, Justin (Tiffany) Broka of Whitehouse and Bryon Broka (Julie) of Athens, OH, and 3 great-grandchildren; his sister, Jerlean (Eugene) White of Nickelsville, VA, and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 19th, 2011 12:00 pm at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
