Jennifer Ann Barnes age 43 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 13, 2016 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo She is survived by her daughter, Ayeesha Barnes; father, Gerald Barnes; siblings, Kathleen, Jerry, Brenda, Jody (Pattie) and Chris (Lisa) Barnes. Also surviving are her nieces and Nephews, Niecha, Tia, Thera, Kayla, Krystal, Steven, Kenny, Nicolas, Stephanie and Jonathan.” She was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy.
