Jeffrey S. Sullivan

Jeffrey Scott Sullivan, 46, passed away peacefully August 13, 2016 at Toledo Hospital next to his beloved girlfriend. Jeff was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 30, 1970 to Terrance and Pamela (Ayers) Sullivan. Jeff was known for his infectious laugh, huge smile, and willingness to help anyone in need. He loved to be the center of attention in any group of friends. He was a very talented cook, known for his guacamole, chili, keilbasa, and any thing grilled. He was extremely loving, especially when it came to his family and his animals (Maggie, Ollie, Marshall, Crocky, and Sonny). Riding motorcycles has always been a hobby of Jeffs, most recently loving his Harley. Jeff was an avid fan of Pittsburgh Steeler and Notre Dame football, and went to many games. He was a great father, compassionate boyfriend, and animal lover. He is survived by his children, Brittney (Eric) Tebay, Brandon Sullivan, and Delaney Sullivan; grandchild, Carter Tebay; significant other, Tami Westover; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Frank and Cecile Ayers, Merle and Helen Sullivan; aunt, Nancy Haynes and cousin, Jason Alexander. There will be a celebration of life for Jeff on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the Elks Lodge in Maumee at 10:30 am, wake to follow.
