Jeffrey J. Morse

Jeffrey Jacob Morse, of Toledo, died after a year-long battle fighting ALS. He was 52 years old. Although we are deeply saddened by his death we rejoice that he is no longer suffering and is living eternally in his heavenly body.

Jeffrey born September 1, 1970, attended Lakeview High School in St. Claire Shores, MI. He earned a bachelor’s in forestry from Michigan Technological University in 1992. Most recently he graduated with an associates degree in nursing from Owens Community College, 2019.

Jeffrey was an avid fisherman, winning several tournaments. Spending the day fishing or duck hunting with his good friend “Bella, his chocolate lab” was Jeff’s ideal day. Up before dawn and out to their favorite hunting and fishing sites.

Jefferey is survived by his wife, Jessica; father, Phillip Morse; sister, Kim (Brian) Harvey; nephew, Jacob Ritchie; extended family and a treasure of loving friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathryn A. Morse.
