Jean R. Scott

Jean R. Scott, 61, of Sylvania, passed away April 23, 2014 in her home. She was born to Donald and Dorothy (Milewski) Tusynski on August 29, 1952 in Toledo. Jean was a graduate of Whitney High School and she received a business degree from Colorado Tech. She owned and operated Asher Real Estate and was a member of the National Notary Association. Jean always loved a good margarita at Loma Lindas on Friday evenings. “She was independent, driven and outspoken about her opinions.” Jean will be remembered for her selfless and caring nature and her tough love approach to caring. Jean was preceded in death by her father and grandson, Rylan. She is survived by her husband, Tom; mother, Dorothy; daughters, Amanda (Jack) Reed and Emily Scott; grandchildren, Joseph, Noah, and Laina; sisters, Janet (Richard) Ferguson, Susan (James) Eloff, and Donna Gallaher.
