Jean M. Gaitten

Jean Marie (Walker) Gaitten, age 63, of Toledo passed away suddenly on May 27, 2020.  She was born to Stanley and Janet (Brinley) Walker on August 23, 1956.  She was a long time resident of the Columbus Ohio area before returning home to the Toledo Area. She was a 1974 Graduate of Rogers High School, Yearbook Editor, and Homecoming Queen.  She worked in Sales in Home Furnishings and Design.  She began her career working in her parents business at Jan-Stan Interiors. Upon moving to the Columbus area, she worked for the Ethan Allen Galleries, Rite Rug, Blinds To Go and finished her career at Lovesac.  She was a past member of the Columbus area Kiwanis. She returned to the Toledo area last summer to be closer to her family members.  Jean was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her siblings, Denise (Tom) Adinaro, Debra (Walker) Remer, Stuart (Lynn) Walker, Sheila (Walker) Monica, and Krista (David) Gonzalez-Luce and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 11:00 am at Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, 2240 Castlewood Drive, Toledo, Ohio 43613. The Mass may be viewed via Livestream at https://venue.streamspot.com/fc256be5.  Interment will be private at St. Joseph Cemetery Maumee, Ohio.  Memorial Donations may be made to Most Blessed Sacrament Parish.
