Janet L. (Berry) Epstein

Janet Epstein, age 78, passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 4, 2017, at The Glendale Assisted Living Home.” Janet was born on April 6, 1938, in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Waite High School and attended Bowling Green State University where she received her teaching degree. Her early days were spent working for Toledo Trust. She then taught Banking and Finance at Start High School until the time of her retirement. Jan was an avid fan of harness racing and owned several racehorses throughout the years. She is survived by her brother, Floyd Butch Berry (Becky); her children: Rebecca (Epstein) McGrath, Jay Epstein (Jennifer Guziel), Greg & Lori Heath; her grandchildren, Andrew Epstein, Shelby Pecar, Jordon McGrath, and Andrew Heath. There will be a small family gathering to celebrate Jans life to be announced at a later date.
