Jane P. Welch born in Toledo, Ohio in 1935, died Friday, September 15, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents Hazel and Henry (Lenore) Hintz, and her husband, Robert A. Welch. Surviving are his children, Keith, Cindy, and Kevin (Diann); grandchildren, Brandon, Kelsi, and Allie; and nephew, Todd Kolbe. Jane was a retired social worker having worked with many agencies in the area. She enjoyed gardening and taking in rescue animals. Services will be private. Donations can be made to the Toledo Area Humane Society.
