Jane Steiff

Jane Ellen Steiff, 60, of Findlay (formerly of North Baltimore and Deshler), passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 10:28 pm. She was the former wife of Richard Steiff of Forrest. Jane is preceded in death by her parents Gerald and Opal (Baughn) Casteel and is a survived by her five siblings. She is also survived by her three loving daughters: Erikka (Kris) Hermiller of Findlay, Kristina (Ryan) Henderson of Quakertown, PA and Beth Steiff of Findlay. Jane was the proud grandmother of: Kortney Jazmane Steiff, Olivia Ella Hermiller and the upcoming arrival of Julia Henderson. Her greatest joy in life was being a grandmother. Jane was a 1970 graduate of Patrick Henry High School, Stauzenberger College and Brown Mackie College. She served as dispatcher for North Baltimore Police Department, a certified EMT, was a Findlay area business manager for 10 years and ended her career in clerical sales. She will be deeply missed by her family. Her smile, laughter and sense of humor will not soon be forgotten. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
