James E. Murdock

James E. Murdock, age 81, passed away suddenly, January 30, 2022, at Flower Hospital. James was born April 7, 1940, in Toledo, to Edward and Evelyn Murdock (Armitage). Jim attended Libby High School. He serviced in the U.S. Army for 2 years. Jim was a Toledo Firefighter for 7 years, until he was injured badly in the Haggerty Bowling Alley fire, in 1972. He later retired from the Toledo Ship Repair after 19 years. Jim was a member of Calvary Bible Chapel and he loved to read. He married Barbara (Lindsey) on 2/1/1969. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Murdock, daughter Lori Siesel, son James Murdock, sister Pamela Kreutz and nieces and nephews. Grandchildren Lindsey Weaver (Mike Long), Shawn Siesel, Nathan Weaver and Kyle Siesel. Jim is preceded in death by his parents, son in law Kenneth Siesel, daughter in law, Tammy Murdock and brother Ronald Murdock. There will be no service at this time.
