James G. Machcinski

James G. Machcinski, born on may 26, 1950 died peacefully on August 30, 2019, at the age of 69. James graduated from Macomber, where he learned graphic arts and went on to work in that field for many years. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and rode often for charitable causes along with poker runs and just plain enjoyment. He was also a certified diver and was an avid dog lover with Newfoundlands being his favorite breed. Jim is survived by two stepchildren, Michael Bowman of Tampa, Florida and Stephanie Stevens of Toledo; 5 grandchildren, Nakai Stevens, Darby Stevens, Colton Stevens, Anthony Bowman, and Alexander Bowman; and 1 great-grandchild, Aniyah Stevens. James was preceded in death by his father, Edmund; his mother, Alice Machcinski; and his brother, David Machcinski. With James at the time of his death, was his best friend of many years and ex-spouse, Wendy Millenbach, as they had promised to always be there for each other. The family requests that any gifts or flowers be in the form of a donation to Lucas County Care and Control. Special thanks to the staff of Advanced Specialty Hospital of Toledo.
